hey jeremy.. i've never tried the eco touch waterless, but i have tried Detail Magic waterless wash and wax. this stuff is great man. it washes and waxes at the same time and all you have to do is spray it on and wipe it off. it won't scratch your car and you can even wash your car right in your gar...
