I read the same thing, and the numb steering feel is offset by the benefits of electronic steering; no power steering fluid to polute the earth, no parasidic loss due to a power steering pump. I can't wait to go for a test drive, I'll let you know how it ...

Yeah, as will all cool JDM vehicles, we got screwed. the JDM version has awd. but at it's core, it's an enconomy car, so it won't have break neck speeds, but I'll tell you what, NOBODY catches me in the corners. I wring my wagon out on the regular. I love taking exit ramps at high velocity. it got e...

The LX will treat you right if you treat it right. only problems I've had is the auto tranny needs to be taken car of. the 98 went at about 100k. the p5 is still go...

Thanks guys. We're waiting to see what the lease options look like. If it's favorable, we're sticking with K.I.S.S. it's going to be my wife's daily, so any mods will be geared towards her driving pleasure. I'll probably get some cool rims, sport max 002's and some good rubber. As much as I love the...

I have GR2s on my 98 protege ES and they are basically a stock replacement. I have Tokicos on my 02 Protege Wagon, and they are much stiffer than stock. Paired with lowering springs, I have a great ride. not too harsh.

My wagon clunks during certain "spirited Driving" manuevers. Lowered suspension+ stock swaybar = clunk. dunno if same holds true for the vibe.

Re: (waveresponder)

well, I know the 07 vibe with a sunroof has individual map and dome lights. You could swap out the dome light for an LED for the cool factor, and keep the map lights for readabiltiy. That's what i did for my wagon. I picked up a little color changing LED at autozone for like $4 and it changes 11 dif...

Re: 2009 Vibes for sale date? (scooter)

all depends on where the dealership is located and probably how well they have sold previous generations of vibes. I've been told end of Feb for my area. I can't wait!!
