Thanks everyone. We are currently using the Yakima set up with low risers and the yak stackers. Same set up we used on our Jeep Liberty. The hatch does hit just a bit since the boats do stick out but we will not need the Q-clips. Luckily we are into whitewater kayaking and our longest boat is just 8...

We actually got 6 boats up there. The bars are way too long but before we cut them down we had fun seeing all the boats up there. Looking forward to all the adventures to come in our Vibe!!
