no my uncle accutally moved back to canada he lives in the next town over in glen morris as he is orignally from canada along with my dad, and i did build the engine but not just me my uncle, dad cousins, but we got rid of it all so i dont have to deal with cops

ive work on both and VVT1 engine just rotates the cam for gas milage and vtech accutally changes the cam lobes at the set revs if im not mistaken

i was concernd about the size of the box to but its only 1.5' along the base, and 2' high, with a width of 39'. wich gives me an approximate volume of 4.8square feet. and kicker recomends 4.6square feet max for one sub so i think i should be allright i hope. but i think im going to have about 6 or 7...

guys i work for GM and i had this same problem, most of the time its a problem witht the PCM it jsut needs to be reprgramed just take it to ur pontiac dealer and they will reprogram it for ya, there is a staight TSB that outlines the problem for a long crank time, especially with the motor hot, ther...

guys all ur imput is greatly appreciated, and i think what im doing with the wires is dirlling the smallest posible hole and running them through that with a painted automotive grumit, and for the space i honsitly just guesed i knew it would be large but oh well im goin for looks on this one for sou...

i get what u mean by back ground, im a second year mechanic apprentice for GM, and i have build a few custom things, but i learned fiberglass from some net tutorials and i practiced on my brothers truck, i would sugest doing a little unemportant piece just to see how it all works

sorry what do u mean what is my background, all the wood there is 5/8 MDF, just screwed is with silcon to seal it up, if thats what ur asking, i have build a fair amount of boxes for my friends but straight sealed or ported nothing fiberglass, this is only my second time with it i alrdy built a cent...

i ant usin GM parts u can get more horsepower using aftermarket though it would be nice to use GM i get more bang for the buck aftermarket, i allrdy built a 547 horsepower caviler now that was fun, but its time to see what i can do with my vibe

i work at a GM dealership and i have seen this before, we had to drop the tank, flush all the lines including injectors, and put a good full tank of gas in again and it will probobly run ruff for a little while untill all the diesal is out of the system
