Well, I broke down and bought one to try it out. Confusing manual, but that's about what I expect for this stuff. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to work. My HU would never recognize the adapter and enable the CD changer. Oh well. I guess I'll be calling tech support tomorrow. Maybe others have had...
