Thanks guys, I disassembled the linkage and lubed it up, works great now.

I was driving on the interstate in the rain and I noticed my wipers were running slower and slower. I turned them off for a second and turned them back on and no wipers! I tried all speeds. I pulled over to a pep boys and put some rain x on and made it home. Took apart the linkage and found that one...
