My 2004 Vibe runs just fine but has an intermittent check engine light. When I try to use a code reader, there is no communication at the data port, nothing. Not even any indication that there is a connection. Any ideas? I have tried two different code readers, same problem...no connection.

Has anyone tried Royal Purple Transmission fluid? This product really makes a noticeable difference in manual transmissions and since auto transmissions have gears it should/could help reduce friction losses. The company claims it will outperform any OEM fluid but it could be just another example of...
