I have an 04 Vibe, and i am noticing the radio/ ac lights are dying out. Is it possible to fix them myslef? If so, how can I do that? Thanks.

After driving my Vibe through what amounted to a small lake during the longest week of rainstorms in NYC, one of my foglamps blew out. I am attempting to change it, but have no clue! Any help on how to get the old bulb out of the housing?
