Update... I've ran it numerous times and now it's not overheating and now it has heat and everything seems to be working good. Could it possibly have been a stuck thermostat? Hopefully... thank you again for your time...

I replaced the filter and checked to see if everything was installed properly and it was.
And the hose is a great idea I will try it and hopefully it will lead me to a solution to the problem.

Both bulbs are good and the light doesn't turn on when I turn the headlights on it just has a light that turns on saying that the high beams are on.
