I did pop my car into neutral before it occurred. I've often done that while driving, but I've never had the car cut out on me. Additionally, it felt like when I pumped the brakes they partially (barely) worked.

I've been reading all the posts on clutches. Are people having luck getting more miles out of the replacement clutch, or is the problem with the design of the car and any clutch put in? I'm getting my second clutch put in as I type.
