Fuel system issue? '09, 1.8L, 190k

I replaced the fuel pump last summer after series of low idling and stalls. Fast forward to last week, after two days of rough idles, car dies with no computer codes. After twelve hours rest, it will start and run for one minute before dying. After two days of resting, I get four codes p0300, p0302,...

Re: 2009 Vibe won't start

Update: After last crank, start, then die, I finally get four computer codes, p0300 p0302 p0303 p0304. Popped out ignition coils and found one that was heavily corroded, but warrantied. So I replaced the coil and all spark plugs. I get ignition immediately, but it dies after ten seconds. But the com...

Re: 2009 Vibe won't start

Same happened this morning, started smooth and ran smooth for three minutes, then died. Cranks fine, but no ignition after. I'm not as confident about EVAP theory after reading more about issue. But also lost as if it were the fuse in the fuel pump that went out, it shouldn't start at all after rest...

Re: 2009 Vibe won't start

Did you solve this? I'm having similar issues with '09, 1.8L, manual. Noticed rough idle two days ago. Assumed it was time for another ignition coil to blow out, as I've had to replace one ~15k miles, often position 1 or 2. Car then died yesterday on a hill. But trip computer detected nothing, so as...

Re: Transmission issues?

They're just replacing the clutch so far. $1400 was just for the clutch. If it was only the clutch, I don't understand why it returned to normal after replacing the fuel pump. The clutch is definitely a problem, but i suspect there's a fuel system issue too somewhere, hopefully not around the transm...

Re: Transmission issues?

The mechanic in this small town is saying it's the clutch, not transmission. Significantly less expensive, but odd. I must not know all the pieces of a clutch. Why would the car go back to normal for a month after I replaced the fuel pump, then get worse again? This is a two-fold problem, clutch and...

Re: Transmission issues?

Thanks for the quick reply!
Clutch was replaced maybe 40k miles ago. The clutch still feels good too, can manually change gears easily.

Doesn't reek of transmission?

Transmission issues?

First time posting here. 2009 base Vibe, 1.8 L, FWD, manual transmission, ~130k miles, purchased at ~80k miles. Recurring issues: -Ignition coils, replacing them one at a time much earlier than expected miles - Rough start. It always turned over, but might crank for 5 seconds. Previous mechanic sugg...
