For what it's worth, having purchased, last Friday, a 2004 base Vibe used, one of the first things I noticed was the missing shift-lock cover (just didn't know what it was at the time). The dealer had no idea what it was....or what part of it was missing. Being a "pre-owned" Vibe, I wasn't...
