As stated the 30,000 mile service is probably at your expense. AND it will cost about 300 - 400 dollars, by the time they change and check all items, e.g., flushing transmission and adding new fluid and any 'special' additive. You can change the hepa filter yourself and do lots of the other things.....

The sound could be a bad belt tensioner. The sound comes and goes at different speeds and thus rpms. Just a thought.

Agreed, always exchange info -insurances!. Most soft hit safety parts are designed for ONE HIT,then they have to be replaced in order to provide engineered protection in the event the vehicle is struck again. Good luck,
