I just got my tires rotated and balanced but it seems like this morning on the highway my steering wheel was going to just take over itself. Help? Think this has to do with me alignment?

I've noticed since its gotten extermely hot here in florida and I've been running the ac every day that its starting make this noise like something is in the vents... The noise 1. on happens when its on, not when i have the vent off and 2. it gets louder when i acculate. Any help? I'm past my warran...
