How do you get the actuator to let loose after the door panel is off I need it to let free so I can open the door and I can unbolt it from the door don't I?

My 2003 vibe gt driver door is closed and locked and stuck locked... The actuator makes no noise nor can I unlock manually.. Any ideas I'm getting tired of climbing over my passenger seat to get in daily
