I have the same problem.For me, this is NOT a wear your seltbelt thing....I always do.The difficulty is when you have a passenger ( say your wife or someone) beside you and you drop them off, even if you have the car in PARK , as soon as they unbelt the buzzer is going.......you can't sit in the car...

it's not that pushing the lock button is difficult....it's that if you are just dropping someone off, or jumping out of the car quickly to get something out of the hatch then you always forget the doors are locked until you turn OFF the car.....It's just something you forget about when you put it in...
