Same problem only it sounded like someone was giving birth in my wheel well so I assumed it was the wheel bearing. When I went in to change it I saw the tell-tale uneven-but-consistent material transfer pattern. Cleaned it all up so my pad would quit dragging but the damage was already done. Time to...

Photobucket link up. I didn't know what else to call it but crazing. It is definitely a different panel but it may have been bondoed from the previous owner since it was off another car

Front panel crazing

About a year and a half ago I had to have the front panel on my 2007 vibe replaced and now it has developed severe crazing on just that panel. My question is should I attempt to fix it or go back to the shop that did the painting and see if they will take responsibility? http://i1331.photobucket.com...

yep, as I have recommended before, use #10-12 plastic drywall anchors, one inch long. I get the red ones so I can easily see if they ever need tapping back into place. Just tap them in with a hammer until they reach the end, and voila; the plastic contorts with the metal to make a tight seal. Elimi...

This has irritated me enough to actually register instead of just lurking. My splash shields are constantly falling and the push-clips don't seem to be holding them. Is there a better way to hold them?
