had the same issue. The drain hose is on the left side of the passenger compartment under the dash. Pull back the rug and you'll see it. You can see where it comes out thru the firewall in the engine compartment. I squeezed the hose a few times and I could see it start to drip out ...squeezed it a b...

Figured it out...the a/c drain was plugged too. I was getting water dripping on my feet. Just got the car in December.
So the blower was getting water in it from the blocked drain hose. After unblocking the hose, no more noise.

Hi Odd problem. When I turn left with the fan running, I get a rubbing noise like a piece of paper pushing against the blower.
