roof trim blew off?

any storage suggestions?

Bought a second vehicle (Silverado). Love my Vibe but will probably not be driving it much if any at all. If I drive the Vibe once a week for about 30 highway miles; will that be enough? I will of course change fluids based on time rather than miles. Any suggestions or hints would be great.

Re: tire pressure monitoring system

Thanks for all the help! I did notice the manual seems kind of "generic" and "vague" at times; but I still really like my car.

tire pressure monitoring system

My owners manual keeps referring to this; but I don't have this reset button. Did some of the 2009's not have this?

is "universal" coolant okay to use?

Live in a remote area far from Toyota dealer is it safe to use the "universal" coolant? Or should I drive to the nearest dealer and buy from them?

What size steel wheels for winter?

I currently have 17 inch wheels with lo-pro tires on my 09 Vibe; are these any good for winter driving? If not; what size steel wheel should I get?

Re: Just bought a VIbe

Is the head unit display lit by red lights? My Bonneville did the same thing and was able to fix it by flicking it with my finger; but it would always go out again.

Re: Transmission Fluid change at 50,000 miles . . .

When I bought my 09 Vibe 3 weeks ago; first thing I did was the 60,000 mile service. (mine had 61,000 miles) would rather spend a few dollars now instead of a lot later.

Re: happy with my 09 vibe; but......

BTW; the miles are about 62,000. With the hilly nature of my area; felt it would be money well spent servicing tranny. Belt is being changed because the flat side has some surface cracking.

happy with my 09 vibe; but......

Has anyone out there had trouble finding someone to service their car? GM dealer who sold me my used Vibe told me they couldn't service my transmission. Are they really that hard to work on?
