Sounds like you might have a bad Nav Unit. Did you plug in the speaker harness ? If so I believe the unit is defective. That is something I worry about as Toyota won't fix it as it was orginally sold in a Vibe. Heck even if I had a Vibe Pontiac wouldn't fix it because it was sold in another car.

Yep, I pulled the old one out. Used double sided tape for the GPS antenna and slid the new one in. I assume you have a GPS antenna attached? Also make sure the radio antenna is connected. What exactly won't work? I think I had to help it out and tell it where I was the first time I used it.

Nav

I bought a used Nav off ebay. I got the Nav unit, Cd changer, DVD map disc and GPS antenna for $800. I bought it Feb 2003. The only items that don't work are the maintanence items (like reminding you to get an oil change). This happens to be an advantage as the destination can be changed while movin...
