My passenger side mirror glass is loose. Not just the glass but the whole plastic thing the glass is attached to. On the back side of it nothing appears to be broken and the same goes for the piece I assume it's supposed to be attached to. Does anyone have any idea how it's supposed to be attached? ...

Hello, I'm new.I went out to my car today (05 vibe gt) and noticed my front driver side wheel well plastic was hanging down. Upon closer inspection it looks like someone has cut away a portion of it and I'm not sure why. It might have ripped off while driving but the cut looks pretty clean for that....
