Roof Cargo Carrier please! What's the point of having crossbars only for bikes and kayaks? Most of us who actually use them need the space for actual luggage on (camping) trips, thank you very much.

I bought a rectangular frame metal grid type from Pep Boys that seems to work OK ($50). It does not block the back hatch at all. Of course you have to cover your stuff with a tarp to protect from rain, though. It was actually designed to attach to the window frames of a car that didn't have a base. ...
