just to make sure, this should be possible with the 1cd unit as well right ? i believe that the same thing should be happening, theres gotta be a pre amp out from the cd heading to the radio.

hey guys, i was looking on ebay at the one and only vibe billet grill and realized that we could purchase just about any uncut mesh kit for 10% the price, just search on ebay for custom"grille kit mesh" or something along those lines.

thx alot for your replies guys, but TRD-4reel mentioned an amp, i have the basic cd am/fm in the vibe gt, there are 4 speakers and the 2 tweeters. please explain the amp part of it i dont think i saw one when i took the head unit out (thinking its built in)

may be a stupid question and i appologize, but i have noticed that most head units out there are only 4 speaker, how would i set that up for the vibes 6 speaker system ? , thanks in advance.

any idea which true ground? my guesse is white, i'm thiking wiring that to the chasis just in case and taking green and black to an extra outlet.

so the ligh on the switch is powered externally somehow i assume, they really make it look kinda scary with all the wires going into or through the airbag module, i kept wondering if iw as gonna set the damn thing off lol

your right it is 100W , but i cant seem to find it, the only thing under the driver seat is completly wired to the airbags, i unplugged it and the ligh on the inverter switch turns out :s

the extention cord idea just wont work, too much clutter, plus my entire family are neat freaks :S i did something similar in my dads benz, i put an inverter behind the dash and ran a cable to the consol .. thought that one would be fine considering it was a 1000watt, but was a little worried about ...
