I use 0w30 mobil one(pour point is -45f) or Castol syn(pour point is -82f) in the winter and in the summer i use 10w30 mobil one. I drive 400 miles a week so i avg. 7k per oil change. I live is MN so the weather can get -25f to 95f.Peace,Points
