I have the mudflaps all around. THe front ones are needed! Before I got them I just kept hearing the gravel (from my driveway) kick up. I'm idling in first gear and my car is being abused by rocks!!! Now I feel better. And they look good too!

Do the vibes have a black box? I found a big black box with wire connected to it just inside the rear driverside wheel well. Noticed it when I took the wheels off to put on the splash gaurds.

I was in Vancouver for a few days last week, there were more trixes than anything else on the road. They were everywhere!!! Didn't see a single vibe though... Vancouver does have a majority population of Asians. That could explain why. Here in Calgary, i would think more matrixs, but not by too many.

A lot of people think that AWD gives them a license to drive "normally" in bad weather. It dosen't help that much. Helps most to get the vehicle going from a stop. Had a guy tell me last year that he drove 130km on icey roads because he had a 4x4. Well, a 4x4 wont' stop any faster than a 2...

I bought some new stuff from turtle wax. I forget the exact name, but something liek "premium". Suspossed to be a mix of high shine and durability. It was easy as cake for putting on and rubbing off. I broke my buffer a few months ago and did it by hand this time. Was pretty happy with the...

Well, I'm one of the followers. I've always liked the vibe, but my boss bought a Matrix (plain jane model). I rode in it a few times, and enjoyed it a lot. I bought my vibe for same price as hers, but with way more options, window tinting, hood protector, and a bunch of other toys. So out of the 10 ...

Place to sign up for email recall info?

I was just wondering if there is a website in both Canada and the U.S. that we can get emails when something has been recalled or whatever on the vibe. I want that newer and bigger battery. I live in Alberta Canada and -30 C will happen sometime this winter...Thanks everybody! Have a fun drive today!

I am thinking of getting factory steel wheels and later on putting on nic...
