How would I check the drain tube? Where is it located? thanks

I have a water leak that drips heavily out of the driver side A piller where the fabric meets the plastic. I also have a rust spot along the top of the windsheild about 4 inches in from driver side corner. Could this be the sunroof tube being plugged that I read about or some other factor? ThankS
