I purchased a front license plate bracket for my 04 Vibe (base edition), but it did not come with instructions and I see no place to screw it in. How do I attach it? Do I have to put holes in the front bumper?!!? Hope not!! Thanks in advance. -- I'm seeing how long it can go without the front licens...
