I've also got a '96 Corvette with 74,000 miles on it and a power steering fluid change 3 years ago did wonders for the driving feel..a lot of heat under the clam shell hood and the fluid was crappy looking...drain, flush one, one more and button up...a world of difference...

If you're speaking of your 2010 GT, then when you're in normal drive (right side reading (D) ), when you move it left it should go to (4) and then only respond to you manually moving it up and down. If you have a GT 2010 (also 2009 I'm not sure) GM has massive confusion about the direct shift function. In the manual it states that while in Auto mode while driving, moving the shift lever to the left will result in the display showing the number four (4)....you can then use the function to corner...

Well I found them, sliding visors for the Vibe....you have to order with your VIN and if it doesn't match they won't take them back...So I have them and they don't quite fit....GM (it must have been Toyota) saw fit to change the tooling and change the rod that goes into the fitting...it is approx. 1...

So if part of the visor hits your head when an air bag goes off, that's ok....but not the full visor???? That's typical GM thinking...

Does anyone know if other Toyota telescoping sun visors will fit the Vibe? Another Forum suggested possibly '09 tc sun visors might fit. You'd think with four grab handles installed, they could have popped for 2 sliding sun visors to cover that 2-3 inch gap they leave...if someone could come up with...
