Hi again. They paid for the alignment, but then told me that was not the problem... that there is still a problem in the steering column (but it's new!) and they have to take it apart and start over. I hope this does not become a never ending issue... just bought the car with 22K miles. Might be ret...

This is great information. Now I can ask them to check that... When I called them about it, I was told I needed to get the wheels balanced. I'll take it there this afternoon - armed with your info - and won't leave until the problem is solved.Thanks! I'll let you know what happens.
