HEY! I STILL cannot get touch up paint for my Envy Vibe. The paint part number is 12346655 and it's the GM color 46U Sublime Green. The dealer calls GM parts and it is "not yet available". WHO DO I BRIBE TO GET PAINT?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?

I have been trying to get touch up paint for my beautiful ENVY colored vibe for months! The dealership has the part number, but is STILL telling me that they are unable to order it for me. Is there ANY dealership that could get this paint for me? Is it for real that they are discontinuing my color? ...
