It was the CV Joint Boot. It had a small tear in it that when the wheel was turned left or right is stretched the tear which allowed the grease to spooge out and splatter on the wheel. Covered under warranty and they gave me a free oil change as well.

Hey I just found two at my local Walmart. I called my dealer to get a touchup container of Fusion(orange) to paint my car and he laughed at me. Told me the only way he was going to mix up fusion orange was if I dam aged the car. I told him no chance. Check your Walmarts, or travel to New Hampshire.
