how exactlly are reddin out done?

wondering since imma going to night shade my tails if redin them out would look better then having amber shining throu and how excatly is reddin out done?

how do i take em out from the hood i have one that has one of the holes clogged.

but its only a little like scratch that has rust in it wont steel wool or sand paper affect more area then what i need?
