Hydraulic Jack Question

Post by StampedeVibe »

This is probably a stupid question, but Canadian Tire is selling a 2-ton jack for $35. That should be more than enough for a Vibe, right?I figured I might as well check before I drop the Vibe on myself!

yeah. 1 ton = like 2000 pounds, so, 2 tons should be good to go. But i would also recommend getting some jack stands.inder

i bought a jack that came with jackstands.actually a bought 2.and what i found out i really need is a good set of ramps.the vibe is less than 3000 pounds. but as long as you lift one corner at a time(instead of entire front or back)you should be fine.and before you laugh ive seen guys do this.
look my sniggies, i had a strizz-oke in my brizz-ain okay, you know what im saying. so i cant move all good. but thanks for mentioning that .thank you very much.athf4evr. click here! you know you want to!!!

most of the time your jack is only lifting 1/4 to 1/2 the vehicles weight at a time
