anyone install an eclipse AVN2454 in their vibe

if so, how difficult a fit was it? adapters needed? cost a ton or do it yourself?I would like to add this to the ActionVibe!thanksJeff

Guessing a flip-out screen.Same stuff as any other install. Fit kit, wiring harness, antenna adapter.

Well since it's an eclipse it has to be installed by an eclipse dealer otherwise everything it void. So I'd let them do it. (considering their not even allowed to let you take it out of the store with out having them install it otherwise they can loose their eclipse licensing)

Ive bought 2 Eclipse Head Units and installed both of them myself. Never had any problems with warranty.As far as the GPS one, you may want to check if its got what they call "Dead Reckoning," if it does you have to let them install it because they have to tie into your Speedometer and Backup lights.

If you can install it yourself, depending on how handy you are with wiring, you can do the whole thing. All you need is the reverse light wire and the VSS wire, nothing too complex.
