Yep, ragingfish has them. You would have to ask him about the install.

for the record, the blue would probably be illegal in the states. remember, if the mod is too fun it's illegal. (reminds me of a place i know)

I helped ragingfish install his, the hardest part was (trying to figure out why the passenger power window wouldn't work ...) I mean getting the wire through the boot at the mirrors. if I remember the wires for the blinkers are right behind the left dash compartment. quite an easy install just takes a while to run the wiring.

Don't those things stick on the outside of the mirror? What do you do in the winter when you want to knock off the ice? I know there are aftermarket mirrors that have them installed inside like the Ford Explorer and they install in the housing of your oem's.

Ok, finally have time to reply.First off:Quote »Don't those things stick on the outside of the mirror? What do you do in the winter when you want to knock off the ice? I know there are aftermarket mirrors that have them installed inside like the Ford Explorer and they install in the housing of your oem's. They go wherever you want them. I put them on the glass so that cars can see if I'm changing lanes. Now, to sam's questions...Yep, I do have them. I bought them off a seller named mobileaddictions. Here's a current auction selling the same thing I bought.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33713Anyway, my advice is this. Routing the wire through the rubber boot on the mirror is a bit tough. Before you disconnect the mirror, use the power adjustment, turn each mirror all the way towards the inside of the car. i.e. -- on the driver mirror, move it all the way to the right, the passenger, all the way to the left. This should expose enough of the boot to pierce it. DO NOT try to manually force the mirror into position. We tried that, and ended up breaking my driver mirror and it hasn't worked right since (hence the reason I've been actively searching fora new one).Once you get past that first obstacle, the next one, and IMHO the hardest obstacle, is getting through the rubber tubing that runs between the door and the body, right in the hinge area oft the door. This IMHO was THE MOST DIFFICULT part of the install. You have to get on the floor and look up under the dash to see where the wiring comes through the dash....Then, the next step is tying into the flasher relay. The flasher relay is located directly behind the storage bin to the left of the steering wheel (below the hatch release button). We had a LOT of trouble ripping it out, and in the process, broke the little clip that holds it in place. I'm positive there' somewhere lower and more accessible you can hit the signals (perhaps under the steering wheel), so I'm gonna research that and see what I can find out.I guess that's all the guidance I can give -- I bought the orange ones to match my rear signals. Red would be ok too. But as someone else said, blue may cause you trouble.Any other quesitons, lemme know!Pics:

They're fine. Once they stick on there, they don't come off.If you want help installing them, I'd be glad to help out...Maybe if you get them by the time Toronto comes around?

If I could find some quality side-markers..i'd put those in. Best I found so far is some plastic junk..and i'm not drilling a huge hole in my metal for that..Thought about the mirror lights..but i'd rather have something OEMish where they're -in- the mirror.Nothin' against your install Mike..i'm just picky sometimes.

No offense taken. They are pretty large, and you do lose some useable "mirror space." BUt I've long since gotten used to them.I would LOVE to do side markers, but as you said, I'm not drilling for them...

I like the mirrors with a strip of LED's underneath for the signals... I've seen a few minivans factory-equipped with those but can't remember which ones have them...I haven't seen anything like that aftermarket yet... I'm sure someone sells a strip of LED's that could be stuck underneath the mirror... If anyone knows of any, let me know - wouldn't mind having a set.

I didn't even think about LEDs underneath. I'll have to look around and see what I can find...
