An Aquamist System?

I was on the Matrixowners forums and I saw this name come up. Aquamist. What exactly is it.

Its an injection system that sprays a mix of water and methanol into the intake to help cool the cylinders down. Great for fi applications.

Is this something that would useful for anything that is not FI, like a Vibe GT or Matrix XRS. I would think it could help with most performace based automobiles by cooling when RPM start getting high!!!!!
