new and have question

my car is about 4 month's old i had it in the dealers to have the moon roof adjusted the other day and the found that there was another problem also,there is insulation above the cargo areabetween the roof and the headliner,it had come unglued and was laying on the headliner,anyone else had this problem?

welcome to genvibe defcon1don't remember anyone having the insulation problem, but I think some have had to get the moonroof adjusted. Was yours leaking?

that is a deadner pad and it stops the roof from wobbling when you close the doors or hatch, because the roof is so long and flat.

so what state is your headliner in that you can see that the insulation/deadener pads are no longer attached to the roof?
