thats pretty damn hot!i snapped a pic of mine reading 105F, but you couldn't read it because of the crappy camera

HOLY CRAP!!! I've never seen mine that hot. I have only broke 100 once. I do break 0 in the winters rather frequently though.

oh, did I forget to mention the "heat index"? It's the South's answer to "wind chill factor"! Anyway, the heat index that day was 114.

the heat index here gets that high when it's only 95F or so!ive been to arizona before and the 100F there feels better than the 90F here.

i can vouch for that number. I live near the coast in the houston metroplex and leaving work a couple of times the thermometer has hit 105*F.
