Just picked her up!

Just picked up my 04' Vibe on Sunday. End of the month + good rebates = good deal ($3000 in rebates and $2000 off from the dealer). I was shocked at first at the $21600 sticker price but after driving the car I really liked it, plus the dealer was willing to deal a bit. 1st impressions:Nice rideGood handlingDecent power as long as you stay off the big hillsGreat stylingDoors close really smooth and easyLooking forward to + 30 mpgNot so great:Cheap plastic latches on the console and dash storage compartmentsNo backlighting on power buttons and cruiseKey fob doesn't beep/honk to confirm input and no panic buttonSeats are a little too hot on my backOverall, seems to be a really nice car but could use some upgrades. Maybe the 05's will fix some of these issues. More details on likes and dislikes after about 5000 miles and a few road trips! Later

Congratulation on your purchase and welcome to GenVibe. Your likes and dislikes go along with a lot of other opinions about the Vibe. I have been able to look past some of the little quirks that I have with the car because it is so fun to drive and modify.
