Wheel Adaptors??

Anyone know of a place or website that I could get wheel adaptors (off the shelf - or custom made) ??I'm wanting to put my stock Vibe wheels on the new Volvo project car. I'm going to need to mount the 5x100 wheels onto a 5x108 pattern.
