Creating Decals?

I've never used any decals on my car and was wondering what type of material is used for them.I really want to create a Husker decal to go over the third brake light. Kind of like the Vibe one on grafxwerks.com.Also does anybody know if there are laws against doing such a thing to the 3rd brake light. I would think that you could do anything you want to that light as you still have the main brake lights.

There are already 3rd light decals, so I don't think there will be any problems with legality unless you completely cover it.

I had to break out NCAA 2004 for my gamecube and play with the Huskers using USC's playbook to get a feel for it. Callahan, Pederson, and the announcer (Rose) and one of the players came up here for the Road Tour. It was very interesting to listen to them speak. Also, http://www.huskerpedia.com is a good site as well. The forums cost, but I just lerk there and pick up some good info.
