Seat Heaters

I recently discovered that Katzkins sells heater elements for seats! (YAY!) Seeing as how I live in a country that spends at least 7 months of the year in sub-zero temps, I want a pair. TRDVibe: I know you have one, how well does it work? Whats the quality like? How easy was it to install? Has it burned your car to the ground yet? Anyone else use them?
