Try contacting youth hostels and such in the Ottawa area. I am sure that they can help you out more than here.Good luck!

Why are you asking about housing on a Vibe forum? Try the ott.housing newsgroup or possibly ott.general newsgroup.Good luck.

Thank you. I read those newsgroups.... actually I would avoid the ott.general one regarding housing. They can be kinda nasty and will tell you you're in the wrong spot.

I'm sure this person has a reason... but free housing can be hard to find... when I left home at 17 I looked into it, even offered to work to pay since I had no money at the time... eventually a relative took me in.

he edited the original post. i'm assuming his original request was replaced w/ "replied down" because he later said he found what he was looking for.
