Will Lance do it?

I know there has to be a couple of other cyclists on the board...the vibe is a natural choice for somebody that rides bikes!!So do you think Lance will get his 6th?I'd like to see it but I don't think he will....it's still early and as usual it'll all pan out in the mountains. But Tyler looks good and Ullrich is suspiciously 'invisible' in the early stages!

He'll get it, he always does. And one of the reasons I bought my Vibe was for bike transportation.

Lance Armstrong is a legendary cyclist. I'm not up on my cycling news, but I can really admire what he has accomplished in his sport. The Vibe seems like it would be a great cycling vehicle. The bike racks that go into a trailer hitch would be nice on it. If I'm gonna have a hitch on there to tow my waverunner, might as well get a mountain bike and the bike rack. I've always loved recreational biking, too bad I haven't gotten around to it for a few years now. Might be a fun way to lose a little weight.

i've owned fairly decent (read: expensive) bikes for the last 15 years and my wife/friends laugh at me because i refuse to get the bike rack that attaches to the back of a car.I DON"T want to use my bike as a bumper!i use to feel horrible when my bike was on the roof rack of our team van! When i drive the bike is IN the car....and that's one of the many reasons why I ended up with the Vibe!I plan on checking this soon, but just curious if anybody was able to fit their bike upright inside the Vibe with the front wheel taken off? Is the Vibe tall enough?

I put a bike in the back standing up with the front wheel and the seat removed. Then I used bungies to secure the bike.

i did a search but couldn't find anything like that...i had that 'vision' also. it would be perfect to find a beam that could tighten into the rail guides and have a quick release set up for the forks of my bike!!....all inside so that 'my precious' is not battered on the highway!

looks like things got sealed up today....he is one powerful man.i had the pleasure(?) of racing against him when we were both juniors down in Ann Arbor and while it was a criterium, he still blew us all away and lapped the field on a breakaway! His muscle mass was greater back then, the cancer really thinned him out...but made him better in the mountains!
