Anybody seen Spider-man II yet?

Just got back from seeing it. It was fantastic. I loved the first one, and this one was just as good if not better. I am a huge fan of superhero comic book movies, but never really liked comic books, weird. Can't wait to see the third. I think I know which evil-doer he will be battling next, but I won't say anything just in case people want to be surprised. Definatly go check it out. I give it out of 5.

I went opening night. Loved it. it had everything even a good love story for the ladies. there were lots of parts from the comics and even Stan Lee is on screen. way better than the First! 2x I collect comics (at 47)and they aren't all your kids comics anymore. the Ultimate line (spiderman, xmen, wolverine, avengers...) from Marvel are some of the hottest books out there, and the Marvel Knights line has more Adult themed comics. Marvel has done a great job bringing comics to movies alot better than 1979 Captain America.

I think Stan Lee made two cameos...I loved the second one.. it tied into the first, perfectly! They even left a gaping hole for a third, and honestly, I hope they go with it!They've done so much better with the Spider-man franchise than with Batman.. I hope they continue it!

I saw it on Friday, it was an excellent movie. Enjoyed it better than the first (I liked it too). Some of the comedy was funny too, overall excellent job on this series so far, can't wait for X-Men 3 and Spiderman 3.

The only hard part about continueing those franchise movies is trying to retain the original cast. (downfall of Batman) I heard rumors that Kirsten Dunst didn't want to do another one. But who knows, it might have been taken out of context. I definately can't wait for X-men and Spider-man 3 to be released, right now two of my all time favorite movie franchises ever.

Toby will also be in the 3rd part.

Haven't seen the movie. I think I'll wait for it to come out on DVD. I think that it is just disgusting how you can't take two steps without running into an advertisement for the Spiderman movie. It's literally on everything!!!

The whole world is based on advertising... just don't be a sucker and fall for them. And this movie is on my list of movies to see.

I totally agree. I really hate when movies get overhyped, aspecially when they don't deserve to be. But when you have a huge franchise movie like this you know it is going to have the %*&@ advertised out of it. Every fast food restraunt will have games, Toby Maguire has his picture on a ceral box, Kirsten Dunst poses for a Hertz rentacar ad. Baseball even had the huge argument with the logo on the bases, which was basically free advertising cause it was on the news for about a week before they decided not to do it.I usually make it a point to not read any reviews on a movie before I go see it. If it looks interesting I will go see it. I don't need some fat asssed critic telling me what is good or not. It is good to see some confrimation on everybody sticking with the movie. Hopefully they will not ruin it by making 17 sequels with different actors and retarded villians.

The first "up-to-date" Batman was the best...how can you NOT like Jack as the Joker??

BOOO SPIDERMAN!! Horrible acting... I hate Kirsten dunst... that fact alone makes me not want to see the second one. I'll give you the rundown on me and my friends going to see the 1st in the theaters... It was way packed so we had to split up into groups. Me and my best friend Dillon was sitting next to me and the rest of the group was on the front row... we were on 2nd to the last. at the end of the movie... me and Dillon both stood up and yelled boo as loud as we could this was before even the credits started to roll... my friend Cade on the front row stands up and turns around and yells "LEAVE HIM ALONE! HE'S SPIDERMAN!!!" that has to be the funniest night I've ever spent in a movie theatre... the whole crowd laughed really hard too!!

And when the blimp blows up, he yells, "That's gotta hurt!" And everybody in the theater starts laughing. So then he goes again just so that he can say the line again, but this time there is a guy with a laser pointer that is stealling all the attention. Oh yeah, that's a funny show.

I was at Wal-Mart yesterday, and happened to walk past the toys section. I noticed that there was an entire aisle dedicated to Spiderman II toys! Unbelivable. Does anybody remember when toy companies weren't allowed to make toys based on Movies and TV shows? That's when toy companies actually had to be creative to come up with a toy that would sell. I think that changed when the GI Joe TV show came out in the 80's.

Great movie. I would reccommend to go see this movie and Fahrenheit 9/11 also. Both very good movies. Inder Singh
