VIBES RULECurrently there is no body kits availabla for theVibe except the GM body kit. Not sure if you could just paint the plastic I would think you would have to remove the plastic and paint? Dont have a 2 tone so I dont know. You could always go to a body shop and have them custom make you a body kit but the price might be a little high.

If you dislike it so much, why did you buy a 2-tone?

It is possible to paint the bottom gray plastic. First you will need to remove all the parts. You will need to deep clean the surfaces with a solvent prep to remove all grease, grime, and dirt, then sand it with 80 or 120 grit sand paper. You then will have to clean the parts again then apply a primer made for urathane bumpers. ( It's kind of expensive stuff. Made by a company called SEM.) This primer will be used to smooth off the texture of the plastic parts. ( The grain that the gray plastic has. ) This primer will need to be sanded smooth with 400 - 600 grit wet sand paper. Then the parts need cleaned again. Then a primer sealer should be applied. This helps the base color to adhere to the parts. Then the base color is sprayed. Depending on which color your Vibe is this can be the hardest part. Some colors are easier to match than others. Once the base coat is dry the clear coat can be applied. It's a good idea to add a flex agent to the clear befor spraying. This will allow the paint to stay flexable enough to reinstall then on the car without having the paint crack do to flexing. Then color sand and polish and reinstall. If you go to a body shop to get an estimate on getting this done don't be shocked to see pricing at or around the $1200.00 to $1800.00 dollar range. I'm getting ready to have mine done here soon I hope. It's a big process and a tuff job to do. As far as a wide body kit, it can be done but I wouldn't expect it to very cheap. We do custom Fabrication where I work. Most shops are going to charge time and material. Most shop rates vary from about $40.00 to $100 .00 per hour. http://donshotrods.com My web site. http://gassaninedesigns.comMy suggestion on getting the body kit done would be do some research on custom shops, and body kit manufacturers and see if they would be willing to work out a deal with you on making the wide body kit and giving you a break on the cost in exchange for developing the kit for sales. This may tie your car up for a few months though. so remember that going in to deal. Good luck and feel free to email me with any other questions.
