Conquest Rebate History?

Dave Gill - Cols, OH has been advertising $2,000 rebate, $1,000 disc and $1,000 conquest rebate. Today's (6/26/04) ad did not mention the conquest rebate - guess that is history. Decided to start using my GM card again to buildup my 5% GM Rebate. Had been using my Chase MC which pays 1% cash. Over the next 4 years forgo a sure $400 for a potential $2,000 reabate on a GM car. Seems like good odds.
