Has anyone seen this Vibe?

Okay, So, I'm cruzin in my Vibe Base on Harper Ave. Just chillin and then, like outta no where, I see this Fusion Vibe. It had blackout wheels w/ a chrome lip. It also had tints and body graphics going down the side. Black flames, I think that's what I saw. It was a cucansion (spelling?) male driving it. It was a Base Vibe by the way. Just wondering if anyone has seen this car around?Inder Singh
