I thought I'd copy Keely by getting cloud rider grill screens for my abyss vibe. I also ordered reflective dark red flame decals for the doors. I think they fit in with my pinstriping nicely.Let me know what y'all think!

One more...brought the Vibe inside to my garage and shut the main door. I wanted to get the great reflective quality of the decal.

You should get matching badge overlays so, when being reflective, people can see the vibe and the flame...that would look hot...

looks great! I agree with ragingfish, you need to get badge overlays then it would look even better!! and the reflection in pic #2 is real nice I was almost blinded by the shine off your head. Just kidding.

Wow... I like the flames with the pinstripes! Looks good!I wouldn't be too worried about getting pulled over with reflective decals. Now...ground effects and other actual lighting, you can be concerned about. Neons, etc, are sometimes locally outlawed, or maybe that particular police officer doesn't like it. But, I don't think the reflective decals can be considered under the same problem. If they pull you over, you can say you got them for safety! Afterall, there are no european-type sidemarkers on the Vibe, and only reflectors in front/rear, so you can say they're for safety since you have a dark car!

Well, I just checked with my father (he's a cop), and he said they really shouldn't be an issue. They're not huge or anything. If they were really big then they might catch more attention. However, seeing as you have to be at the right angle to get the reflection, it's not a "huge violation".

Yeah. I'm betting that wouldn't go over so well....It'd be cool until you were forced to take it off...

Quote, originally posted by silverawd26 »Cool. Wonder how a cop would react to a big reflective windshield banner. LOLUnless it said "POLICE", s/he wouldn't react at all. Reflective Vinyl is not illegal in any quantity. If you watch, most company vehicles use Reflective signage now, as do transport trucks, security company vehicles, etc. It is a non-issue. Neons/Angel Eyes/etc EMIT light, and are a totally different ballgame.- Ryan

Very nice Fievel. You should think about a set of Tein S-Tech springs for your Vibe. There is way too much wheel well showing. You'll really like the handling too!
