Key Fob Hatch Release Operation

For those Vibe owners who are having trouble opening the hatch window using the fob…you need to hold the hatch button on the fob down for several seconds before it unlatches. My wife was complaining that it didn’t work so I had to do the unheard of thing of looking it up in the owner’s manual. It can also be opened using the key in the hatch by going to a second position, (all the way clockwise).I am sorry for posting this dedundent info but I thought there might be other owners that haven't read their manuals.
